I have just purchased a used Audi Q5 from Twell's and I have to say it was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. No pressure from Sales Director Dan and a great trade in price for my vehicle. Since agreeing the purchase nothing has been too much trouble. They even organised putting on my own no plate to save me time. I picked up my immaculately presented car this morning and have not stopped smiling. This is what customer service should be like. Thanks to Dan and of course John Twells for an excellent deal with fantastic customer service.

The day I picked up the car I caught the train to Lincoln station and Twells picked me up to take me to the showroom. Had the car for around 3 months and the car developed a problem with a pipe in the engine bay. After letting Twells know about this they sent someone to collect the car and fixed it free of charge within a few days. Dan Short the Sales Manager is a true gent. Great communication and always gets back to me within a day or two. All in all a fantastic company. Easily the best car dealer I have ever purchased a car from.
